Organizational excellence starts with people. Companies consist of collaborating individuals, jointly standing for the value proposition and the products of the company. If the individuals understand and fulfil their role, the organization will have a high chance of delivering on their promise. Making certain that the individual contributors are able to perform to their possibilities is a major task of the leadership that defines the values of the organization. Supporting individual contributors in their quest to thrive allows the company to perform.

Embrace Change

My approach to coaching individuals is to create the safe space to understand change, discuss the impact, identify opportunities. Being a technologist myself, I have a deep compassion for technologists turned business leaders. By combining technology and business mindsets, and putting people in the focus, I support clients in understanding the role that they are taking in their professional life. I help them to improve their understanding for the ever-present change and foster advancement in their careers in light of changing roles and requirements.

Change in professional life often is combined with, or entails, change in personal life. And vice versa. Getting it all under one roof is important for living a content life. Some people call this work-life balance. In reality, this is not a dilemma … if you master to tune your reality to include work and life in one story and not set them up as competing or even opposing aspects of your life.

I offer the framework and processes to deal with change, identify opportunities and lay out plans for re-defining ones own role to meet both clients aspirations as well as requirements of their work. My coaching always encompasses those very personal aspects of life and includes them in the quest for finding answers that leverage personal values and goals to create lasting personal growth and resilience, and provide happiness and purpose. I help my clients make incredible progress in shaping their careers, personal lives, and mindset. I help upgrade their awareness on personal and professional strategies, tools, and practices. Together, we will work on creating lasting long-term impact with tangible results.

Always run a changing system!

Being at the forefront of technology innovation, change is omnipresent. It is the only certainty, it is lived reality. Permanent change is not easy for those who cannot control the source of the change, or govern and influence the implications for themselves, or their surroundings.

Using this insight, I approach change together with my clients. I provide the safe space to understand what change really means to my client, help quantify the impact, identify opportunities, and offer guidance towards pathways for moving forward in ever changing times.

How I became what I am now …

I developed and honed my management and people skills over many years, coming from technology development to management of technology development, Innovation expert to management of a fast-growing start-up. I was more and more interested in the people aspects of organizations and finally decided to learn how to coach.

I now leverage this experience in my coaching practice to develop new perspectives on change in life, private or business, and offer guidance to personal development, and growth.
